OUR STORY

Delights came to life in 2013 when our founders, Dave and Lily Spencer, were inspired by a close friend who suffered from celiac disease. Their friend hadn’t enjoyed the comfort food taste of classic dishes for years because gluten is commonly found in many traditional recipes, especially bread dough. The Spencer’s being entrepreneurs in the food industry, put their mind to work and created a gluten-free dough that would become the crust of our first ever stuffed sandwich – Pepperoni Pizza.

Within a year, we were putting all the pieces together in our processing plant, working diligently towards launching a variety of different flavor profiles, including dairy free and vegetarian options.

Over time, we’ve been quietly improving Gluten-Free Delights, making them better and better. We’ve also been working hard to make Delights available in more stores, so everyone of all ages can enjoy a guilt-free snack without sacrificing taste. We’re so proud of the work we’ve done and love nothing more than seeing you enjoy Gluten-Free Delights and share them with your friends and family.

A family-owned operation inspired by a passion for nutrition, S&F Foods was started in 2003 by longtime business associates the Spencer’s and the Fontana’s The company manufactures delicious, nutritional food products for both retail and National School Lunch Programs across the country.

In addition to Delights, S&F Foods’ lineup includes a variety of Foodservice products ranging from Split Top Pepperoni Calzones and Cheezy Garlic Breadsticks to Apple Cinnamon Texas Toast.
